Yes. This page accepts both .xlf and .xliff filenames. Keep the original extension and validate the translated file in your source application.
Which XLIFF versions can I upload?
The document workflow supports XLIFF 1.2, 2.0, and 2.1. Custom extensions and application-specific requirements still need a reimport check.
